Nichole Peppers is an executive leader with more than 15 years of experience leading mission-driven organizations, building strategic partnerships, and advancing solutions to complex community challenges. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Coalition of Accountable Communities of Health, following four years as Executive Director of Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade with YWCA Clark County in progressively senior leadership roles spanning volunteer development, women’s leadership, and domestic violence services. Nichole is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic thinking, and ability to bring diverse stakeholders together to create meaningful and lasting change.

Gena Morgan has more than 25 years of experience in public health, nonprofit leadership, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Elevate Health in 2022, Gena held senior roles at HealthierHere and Seattle-King County Public Health, where she led regional health transformation efforts focused on equity and collaboration. She also directed strategic initiatives at PATH, a global health nonprofit.

Sharon Brown, J.D., served as a member of the Washington State Senate from Washington’s 8th Legislative District from 2013 to 2023 before taking the role of Chief Executive Officer at Greater Health Now. Throughout her career, she has addressed difficult challenges through collaboration with diverse groups.

John Kim, J.D., has served as HealthierHere Chief Executive Officer since June 2023. Kim has over 30 years of knowledge and experience building, scaling, and leading organizations and programs across the health care continuum including academic health, community and migrant health centers, hospitals, and non-profit organizations. 

Arlesia joined the North Sound ACH team as Chief Transformation Officer in March 2024, and in July 2026 transitioned to CEO. She brings 30+ years at the intersection of healthcare, public systems, and community, including senior leadership at Seattle Children's leading health equity investments. She is also co-founder and partner of weAVS Collective, a health equity and social justice consulting firm.

Arlesia often introduces herself first as "Charley, Geneva, and Marie's granddaughter." The stories and lived experiences of her grandparents, all of whom migrated north from the Deep South, profoundly shaped her understanding of community, resilience, and inequity, and continue to guide her commitment to centering community voice today.

John Schapman serves as Executive Director of Thriving Together NCW, where he works to bring people, organizations, and communities together to create a healthier, more connected North Central Washington.

With a background in healthcare and community health, John has spent much of his career building partnerships and bringing different sectors together around shared challenges, with a particular focus on rural communities. Having grown up in rural America, John has a deep appreciation for the hard work, determination, and sense of community that define many rural places. His work at Thriving Together NCW focuses on strengthening community partnerships, improving systems of care, and supporting collaborative efforts that build on local strengths and create the conditions for people and communities to thrive.

At the heart of John’s work is a strong belief in community and the importance of investing in the people and places around us. As a parent, that commitment is also personal—he wants North Central Washington to be a place where his kids, and all kids, can grow, feel connected, and have the opportunity to build healthy and fulfilling lives.

Betsy Larson serves as Executive Director of Southwest Washington Accountable Community of Health, where she leads the organization to advance health equity, strengthen care coordination, and improve community health and well-being across Clark, Klickitat, and Skamania counties. Larson brings extensive experience in systems change, cross-sector collaboration, nonprofit leadership, and community-centered strategy. She has also served as Senior Director of Community Partnerships at Mat-Su Health Foundation in Alaska, where she coordinated more than 70 partner organizations across health, human services, and government to support shared goals and improve community well-being.

JP Anderson has been serving Central Western Washington communities for over 20 years, leading teams in community mental health, public health, and population health. He has a passion for tackling local priorities through cross-sector collaboration, bold vision, and dogged persistence. He lives happily in Olympia with his wife and four sons.
